I had a laser hair removal treatment and had a great experience. Kirsty was very good and professional throughout the appointment, making me feel comfortable and well looked after. Fiza, the CEO, was very welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. The whole experience was pleasant and professional, and I would highly recommend their service.
