She’s so knowledgeable, professional and genuinely such a lovely person which instantly makes you feel comfortable. She explained everything properly, talked through aftercare in detail and never made anything feel rushed or pressured.
The clinic was spotless, the treatment was really smooth, and she even gave me a thoughtful little gift bag with products afterwards which was such a nice touch.
