I totally enjoyed the whole experience of my last-minute appointment whilst on a weekend away in Birmingham. As soon as I walked in, Flora made me feel very welcome. As she was to be my stylist, she began by asking me what I had in mind and also gave her views as well, which I liked. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the end results! I would highly recommend this salon for its very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

From the moment I walked in, Salma made me feel completely welcome and taken care of. She immediately took the time to ask about my preferences for my blow-dry, which showed how attentive and detail-oriented she is. Right from the start, I knew I was in good hands, and I was already loving the experience.As my blow-dry went on, not only was she incredibly skilled and professional, but we also ended up having such a warm and genuine conversation. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I have never seen sch a perfectly clean and well organised salon. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and the customers who came in for treatments were seen immediately. The salon was run like a play, with everyone knowing their parts, and where they should be and with whom at every given moment. Salma remained with me throughout my stay there and we chatted the whole time. I asked her questions about her background and learned things I never knew. The whole experience was amazing.

This was my first time getting a haircut and I’m so pleased with the results, staff were amazing, the salon was nice and clean. Overall it’s a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend.
