I was greeted well on arrival for my appointment. It is a clean and warm atmosphere. Friendly staff who demonstrated professionalism. Throughout my treatment I was asked if I was ok. Being my first time with having this treatment I was assisted with making a choice on what I required and how I wanted to look. Overall a good experience.

Eli was amazing and I am so happy with my BIAB treatment. She was attentive and had great eye for detail and colour enhancement. I loved the iridescent colour she overlayed on top of my nail polish. Just lovely. Can't wait to return 💜
