The brazilian wax was good, however privacy could have been better. I was led to the waxing room and asked to undress. Then a different member of staff (who was not waxing me) walked in on me undressed. There was no apology about this. And once the wax was done, I was given a pack of wipes to clean myself off. The waxing lady remained in the room for a couple of minutes so I ended up cleaning myself in front of her which was pretty awkward and not what I was expecting.
