I wasn’t asked what I wanted. Assumptions were made hence then the stylist had to go back and do what I wanted. My blow dry didn’t last so a waste of £50

I have been having the Keratin treatment for 2 years. And l have been searching for a hairdresser who could do it properly.
I am absolutely delighted with my treatment. I am so happy to have found a hairdresser that l can go back to. At last l feel confident enough to go on my holiday without worrying about my hair. I have never experienced such a wonderful experience at a salon before.
