I booked online as I was looking for Biab and a pedicure in Birmingham. Hami was amazing and did a great job on my nails. They are exactly what I wanted and look so good. She also did an amazing job on my feet. The pedicure chair gave me a much needed massage. Everyone I met at the salon was so friendly and welcoming. I will be a regular now for sure 🩷

There was a slight misunderstanding with the treatment chosen however manager milad helped to clear the misunderstanding and although it was near to closing time, he went beyond to meet the customer needs and ensure I dont walk away unhappy and ensured I get my hair treatment. Hairdresser Rana and Zara were extremely patient and skilled, doing a fantastic job, took care of my hair and also asked if I wanted anything to drink throughout. Lovely team and professional 100%.

Honestly, the best salon I’ve ever been to. The attention to detail was great, my treatment was exceptional and all the staff really make sure you feel heard and valued
