Lash lift has resulted in irritation and burn to eyes. Went to Eye hospital and prescribed antibiotics, steroid and eye drops for 5 days.
She got the solution into my eye and when I told her she used the same applicator to get into my eyes to clean it.
There was no lift either. Waste of money and had to spend money on medicine for it.
Needs training in safety
Would never use again

Ela did cut wash and blow - she was amazing in every way. Very thorough and dedicated. You could tell that she was really passionate about her work and took time to perfect your hair. Her attitude is also very charming and warm makes you feel at home
