I had the most wonderful experience at my first facial, all thanks to Shabnam! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and at ease. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but Shabnam quickly helped me relax and reassured me throughout the process. Plus, she provided me with excellent skincare advice.

The shop so clean you couldn’t find anything to complain about - staff friendly nothing was too much trouble - Shambeh was very good and thorough all in it was a lovely experience so I would definitely give them 10/10
