The lady doing my nails was quite fumbly when filing. She made me bleed while doing my cuticles, it burned when she used the drill bits, and overall felt like she wasn’t comfortable with what she was doing. Was a really nice salon but won’t be back.

Brilliant service in Brum city centre!! Had the Luxury Pedicure and OMG WoW! It was just that. Hami was friendly and reassuring. My feet felt and looked amazing. The massage chair you sit in sorted out all the knots in my back too. Amazing!
