It was my first time here.
I booked on the day and was pleasantly surprised.
The salon was comfortable and modern. I was made welcome with drinks and Quality Street chocolates (I think). Ella did a great job blow drying my hair. Overall a great experience

Excellent treatment! Nafis was very sweet and also extremely skilled--I felt no pain at all.
I forgot my mobile phone inside the lounge and Nafis ran out to hand it back to me :) which I really appreciated.
I will definitely be back! :)

Great service and salon but really disappointed that the gel polish on one of my nails has chipped already when I’m getting married in a few days in Jamaica. Now have to pay to get this fixed when I get there if I can. For £98 (luxury gel pedicure and gel manicure) plus the £10 tip I paid I don’t expect to have my shellac intact for less than 48 hours when usually it lasts at least 10 days.
