Slightly generous rating: I wouldn't return here:
I had a blowdry from Flora which did the job for the event was decent but not the greatest I've had.
However Flora was clearly overbooked and my sister was fobbed off to a trainee despite booking with Flora too. The trainee insisted she could not blow dry her long hair so curled it instead and then had the nerve to request an additional fee for her longer hair when the job itself was subpar and not what was requested to start with.

Shabnam is amazing. I tried a microdermabrasion facial as a treat and now i have to have one every single month.
Shabnam has excellent attention to detail and while I get the same microdermabrasion facial each month, she still assesses my skin's needs and tailors the treatments and products accordingly. My skin has never looked and felt so healthy.
My complexion is more even and is brighter and shabnam has been kind enough to share her expertise on making the most of the product range too!

I've been having nail appointments with Naafis for a few months now. I came to her after being frustrated with my old nail tech because my gel nails were chipping within 48hrs every manicure. I quickly learned that there is nothing that Naafis cannot do with nails. She is incredibly talented and clearly loves what she does. This shines through with every single manicure. She introduced me to BIAB and changed my life. My nails NEVER chip and I go 4-5 weeks between manicures!
