Hami was lovely, this was my first lash lift so it felt a little strange to be sat with my eyes closed for so long but she made sure I knew what has happening and how long things had to sit before the next step. Overall a great experience and I love my lashes, they're perfect for no or minimal makeup days when I just need to run out the door.

Very cold approach didn’t speak to me at all unless she was given me a instruction. Haven’t experienced anything of the sort. Great customer service goes a long way the first thing she stated was your hair is not medium it’s long bare in mind my hair is not long at all, there was a price difference in relation to hair length all she said was it’s company policy . I just couldn’t be asked to argue my point and just agreed I will never be returning to this hair salon .
