I was left with a very bad rash the next day. When I got home I realised there were patches of hair that weren’t waxed. I still have a rash and ingrown hairs as a result of the treatment. It looks awful and has affected my holiday experience and made me self conscious.

I had a great experience with my hairstylist Ela – everything from the consultation to the final result was excellent. The cut and colour were exactly what I was after, and the service was friendly and professional throughout.
The toner looked amazing at first, though I did notice it started to fade after just two washes. That said, I’m still really happy with the overall look and would definitely return. Thank you for the great work!

Lovely experience and good blow dry. Just a note, this treatment doesn’t involve a wash like usual blow dry treatments I have had but the salon honoured this as it was my first visit and didn’t realise I had to pay and book for this separately.
