The problem is the most my hair cut. Also I expect the staffs to do their best to style my hair but they do not care about my expectation. They used to much liquid on my hair which was too strong. They didn't care about the need of my hair. They just did their routine. Also the lady who cut my hair after perm didn't care about my expectation and the picture I showed. She did what she liked. Totally I am ok with perm but I hate my hair cut.
