She’s a great nail tech but it took longer then expected and it was painful at times

To begin with i had to call to be let in as the therapists were conducting trearments on one another during my appointment time. When i was finally welcomed the therapist was unsure of my booking due to her speaking limited english another therapist was used to communicate, i sat down to very loud rock music but allowed it as my appointment was meant to be 20minutes but actually took an hour! The therapist didn’t ask before cutting my nails, i hated the shape & i was left with product on.
