Professional looking salon. Great microdermabrasion treatment initially,but the salon scheduling was running behind so the initial therapist had to hand me over to another person. That was a bit weird. The latter part of the treatment- cleansing and moisturizing was done by a young lass who was ok but probably had less experience and seemed very shy, bless her. Didn't feel the end of the treatment was maybe as thorough had it have been done by the initial therapist. Exfoliating was great though.

Was good for the price. I thought there would be extractions of blackheads because that what it said in the description however there was none.

The first masseuse was amazing, the second was less practiced but tried her best. Maybe she could use less oil in the future, as I felt like a slippery ham.

Poor experience. Staff were very rushed. Was given a new person who was struggling and other members of staff seemed to just belittle her. Felt very sorry for her as she obviously needed help and shouldn’t have been doing something she wasn’t ready for
