I love my hair and I can only say positive things about Ivani. She's great and with amazing attention to detail. I am not sure if I will book with Trends again any time soon but will definitely recommend Ivani to my friends.

Overall experience was fine but when i arrived they said they couldn’t go ahead with the appointment as they were busy and hadn’t seen the appointment (which I had already pain for) come through. I had to push quite hard for them to fulfil it.
