The stars are for customer service and for the face and neck massage. However, the facial is disappointing. I have never had a *deep cleansing* facial (and I have had many!) where barely any time was spent on extraction - barely 5 minutes, just the time to touch my nose, chin and forehead. I had no extraction on my cheeks which really need it. For this reason I think the name of the treatment is misleading and it is not worth the money.

Excellent salon and nails! The colours are plentiful and the beautician who did my nails was very patient with me choosing and changing my colour 💕 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a great shellac polish only in just 25 mins during lunchtime - would have been even quicker if it didn't take me ages to decide on a colour! Excellent experience overall.
