Services was great. Stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. Lovely colour. Only thing to mention is hidden costs. I paid £100 for my colour on Treatwell. Then when I was leaving was told I had an extra £80 to pay for additional services they provided. So what I thought was going to be a good deal turned out to be rather pricey.

Staff are lovely but the treatment was just ok. Left a lot of wax on my body. Also the rooms could use more of a clean between services. The bin was overflowing with wax, hair and paper which was quite unsightly. The staff are really nice though. Expensive for the service considering the quality isn’t so great.
