I booked via treatwell for 1500 app. On the day I was text saying there was a problem and could I come at 1415. I arrived and seated for 15 minutes with no information on how long my stylist was going to be. Eventually a lady came, asked for my name and what treatment. she told me I had booked the wrong service and that I needed something different. My original booking was for £68 which then turned into £175?!? They were very unacommodating and quite frankly the boss was incredibly rude!
