I can't remember who cut my hair (Mariana possibly!) but she was lovely and did a really good job of it despite my vague instructions. She also didn't mind that I didn't want it straightened or curled and wasn't pushy with products or anything

Despite a bit of ‘equipment failure’ for the facial the beautician was friendly, competent and the overall treatment lovely... she really ‘made’ the experience with her enthusiasm and magic hands! I’d definitely go for a longer massage next time as the little one that came with the facial didn’t really give a chance to fully relax into it or get to work on the knots from London life.
