My booking was a bit messy - I had booked for two massages (total duration of 1.15 minutes). There was a misunderstanding and the massage was for only 45 minutes. I thought I'd make a mistake in the booking - but when I realised I called them back and they promptly arranged a new date for the following day to give me the other massage.
Although these mistakes can happen, I would have appreciated an initial conversation to clarify what the massage was for, if I had any specific problems, etc. This would have easily avoided the mistake. I was also a bit disappointed when at the end the massager told me that I would need a much stronger massage (I had booked for an aromatherapy) - like a deep tissue massage. In my previous experience the massage is always specific to my body situation and needs, while this time I felt that it was not calibrated to my problems.
The space is very nice and clean and staff is kind. The music in the massage room can be improved - maybe more relaxing ambient music.
