I visited the salon on a Monday lunch time after booking a last minute appointment. There was an offer on meaning I saved a fair bit, the salon was quite and my therapist was very efficient! I was out in 25 minutes - overall really happy with the service received.

Unfortunately, this occassion was no where near as good as last time.
Despite being notified during the day that my appointment was brought forward by 5 minutes, it actually started 15 minutes later than the original time.
My fingers were also cut several times with the electric file, which made some parts of quite painful.
While the finished product still looks nice, it's a shame it was such an arduous process to get there!
