I was looking for a manicure salon near my new office but sadly this was a terrible first experience. The manicurist was grumpy, cold and rude, huffing and puffing throughout my treatment and too aggressive when removing the shellac. She barely said a word to me, I wasn’t even offered a glass of water. Then when I politely expressed my dissatisfaction to another colleague she suddenly became overly polite and apologetic only because she realised she was in trouble. It was an awkward treatment and she did a poor job. The other beauticians kindly tried to rectify the situation but I was already stressed. It was really unpleasant and rudeness to customers like that shouldn’t be allowed.
