The facial was advertised as 1 hour 35 mins. In fact it was less than 1 hour 15. Tiffany asked me to move my appointment to an earlier time, and I agreed. She was then late for the appointment. No water offered at the end. Facial itself was fine, though while plastic gloves are ok for a pedicure I did not expect for a facial.
