Katherine called me on the day I was supposed to have my treatment to explain that due to a system error I could not use my voucher to cover for my booking. I explained the situation and she was very understanding. I went for my massage just using my voucher even if they were not able to retrieve its value. Amazingly relaxing atmosphere and Emilio was caring and very skilled. He really fixed my neck and the pain in my leg disappeared. I would definitely recommend. I will book again.
