Katherine is a great professional and a very positive, caring and friendly person. She is great at his work but she also has the gift to make you feel at ease and very welcome. It has been more than 3 years now and I am so happy to have met her who also treat my family now as she really is special and everybody who met her can see it! I would give her 6 stars if I could :)
