Lovely warm welcome from Katherine when I arrived. She asked a couple of questions about what I wanted and I had a specific shoulder/ neck niggle that had been giving me some discomfort for over a week.
Great massage, I love firm pressure and knots really being worked into when I’ve got a specific area and this was perfect. It was definitely one of those good pain massages that really feels like it’s working. I walked out feeing my neck was brand new after only 1/2 hour

I was a bit disappointed in the entire service when my pedicure began with putting my feet in a washing up bowl but the woman was kind so I let it go. It was then a pain to pay as card wasn't accepted and once I had got outside in the daylight I realised my nails were bubbly and were no where near the standard I expected for the money I had spent. The staff were nice people but the quality was very dissapointing.

Katherine is an amazing masseuse! I do a lot of massage in London and it's one of the best I ever had! Plus, she is really nice and listened to my needs.
