Horrible wax! The waxer was incompetent. a service that usually takes 20-30 minutes took over an hour. The esthetician was super slow and seemed nervous. She was asking me if I preferred it ripped against the hair or toward it...as if she didn't know how it's done.
It was super painful and felt neverending. Not returning.
The place is nice and she seemed sweet though.
