I didn't actually get to have my appointment. After I booked someone tried to call me to cancel but I missed the call and they didn't leave a message or call back. I got a call a couple hours before the appointment to cancel my pedicure when I was leaving on vacation the next day and they tried to blame it on treat well saying they had said they would handle it when that was not the case.

I honestly can't recommend this enough. Zaneta sorted out an absolute disaster that another hairdresser had unleashed on my hair and reassured me the whole time that it would be fine. I was so pleased with the end result I almost hugged her. Will never go anywhere else.
