The therapist I had was very polite and friendly, and checked I was okay throughout. At the end she checked if I was happy with the finish which I was. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I wasnt given a towel to cover up before and after, and she double dipped using the same spatula throughout.

100% satisfied again! Could not recommend this salon more. My therapist was very thorough and made me feel relaxed throughout the treatment. By far my favourite salon for waxing!
