Kerry is THE BEST. Unfortunately, and I kept trying to hint at it,Amy is not so good. She’s newly qualified and obviously has been told to interact at all times. The thing is, if I’m offered a head massage I just want to relax and enjoy it. Amy starts asking the same questions she’s heard Kerry asking me. I’ve tried so many times but she just won’t stop! The knack of hairdressing is to gauge whether someone wants to chat or not. Thumbs down I’m afraid!
