Lovely lady! Jade made me feel comfortable and welcome :) We had some nice chats which distracted me from the wax pulling out my underarm hairs. The room was clean and felt very professional.

This was my first time having a lash lift and brow lamination done. The experience was great. I really thought I was going to struggle with keeping my eyes closed but I felt at ease, especially when Alice was telling me what she was going to do next. I've already booked again for 8 weeks time!
