When you walk in and talk to the staff, they are polite and make you feel at ease being there. I am a very nervous person and don't like going into beauty places, but here, I feel ok and happy enough to be able to talk to the staff and feel relaxed. It's always very clean and the rooms are calming and comfortable with nice music playing to take your mind off the treatment especially if it's painful. Gabriella is the best lash technician I’ve ever had. My lashes look and feel natural but with the added thickness I asked for. She is highly skilled and makes her own lash fans which is very impressive. She also ensured she went through eye shapes and which lash styles would best suit me. She is very professional and a joy to talk to during my treatment. Thank you Gabriella.
