All staff I have spoken with as well as had treatments with have all been friendly, welcoming, they are always smiling and helpful I look forward to going.
The prices are competitive and there is easy parking , I dont feel pressured into buying products or having to book extra treatments which is how I have felt at other spa/ beauty bars.
They give good advice I can’t praise them enough would highly recommend

Joana was so welcoming, the building is lovely so nice and big,so many beauty treatments available and I love my eye brows the threading and tinting I had done was done so gently I'm definitely coming here from now on x
