MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. ALICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT AND TALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING. I WAS SO RELAXED WITH THE TREATMENT I FELL ASLEEP!! MY SKIN FELT & LOOKED WONDERFUL AFTERWARDS AND I SHALL DEFINITELY DO THIS AGAIN.

Lauren was chatty and friendly. That evening one of the gel polish fell off my toe. Called and was told they would all be taken off and reapplied. Next day noticed under my foot was painful. It was over worked and took the skin very low. Went back a few days later to have gels replaced.Told not normal procedure,only do the one that come off. The young lady that I see the second time tried to do her best as gaps around the edge was big and gel thick on a few toes. But they looked awful.
