I was asked for preferences that were not taken into account. The quality of the lashes were poor and was given the complete opposite of what was asked for. The isolation wasn’t very good and the lashes were placed halfway down the lash.
I would not rebook here, I have had other treatments that have been exceptional so I would come back just not for lashes. It may be an idea for the lash tech to leave her phone elsewhere so she doesn’t text all the way through my 2.5hr appointment too!

This was a new treatment for me. Followed the instructions given by Kira on what to do after the session.
Skin felt and still feels clean and smooth.
Would recommend to anyone, especially as the summer is coming.
