Chelsea was lovely and I’m very pleased with my nails. The overall experience however, was very poor though due to the setting. If we must walk above a window showroom, maybe put up some screens with some nice plants or trellises. It was very bizarre to walk past and not at all relaxing or special. It didn’t smell like a spa either, it smelt like what it was, a window showroom. Some simple adjustments would make the whole experience a little nicer.

I really excellent relaxing but also very professional massage dealing with the stress and tension that lead me to book the appointment. I can thoroughly recommend Chelsea without hesitation- a really wonderful member of the MBS team.

I had laser therapy which was pretty painless. Jade was lovely and friendly but remained professional at all times. Highly recommend.
