This was my second ever waxing and first time at MBS. Jade was very quick, efficient and reassuring as I was nervous about the pain in my sensitive bits. The waxing was as I hoped, taking all the hair off my penis, scrotum and anal cleft, leaving a landing strip.There were a few stray hairs left behind but they weren't that visible. Otherwise it was all good.

Chelsea was lovely and I’m very pleased with my nails. The overall experience however, was very poor though due to the setting. If we must walk above a window showroom, maybe put up some screens with some nice plants or trellises. It was very bizarre to walk past and not at all relaxing or special. It didn’t smell like a spa either, it smelt like what it was, a window showroom. Some simple adjustments would make the whole experience a little nicer.

I really excellent relaxing but also very professional massage dealing with the stress and tension that lead me to book the appointment. I can thoroughly recommend Chelsea without hesitation- a really wonderful member of the MBS team.
