I regularly visit Mita Beauty Land for full head highlights, but after today I will never be returning. I wanted to try something new and asked for Blonde & Brown Balayage (I had blonde hair). The finished look was completley Dark Brown roots & Blonde ends (the blonde I originally came in with!) I don't normally complain about hair colour, but i am extremely annoyed and upset that I wasted my time and money, and will now need to pay someone to correct it. Baring in mind, I showed photos of what I wanted and at no point was told it couldn't be done. I understand you can be exactly like photos but something similar is expected. I will be requested a full refund off Treatwell/Paypal/Mitra Beauty Land so I can get my hair re-done elsewhere.
I didn’t manage to have the eyebrow threading and tint, but have had it previously and am always very pleased.
First time for a cut here which was great. I decided to have some highlights and they were happy to fit me in around their other appointments.
Great service, very clean and social distancing etc taken seriously. Sanitizer and face masks available if you didn’t have your own and disposable gowns and towels
