Pros: The receptionist/massage therapist/beautician did a great job in washing the hair and massaging the scalp. Cons: Hair drier was used incorrectly with no regard for the health of the hair. Straightener applied on strands not entirely dry and left way too long. £35 for some sad curls that after 4 hours looked even worse.
