BIG issue I had. Is that me and my friend had pay for 6 sessions(each one 1 hour). Meanwhile the first session was about 40 minutes, the rest 25 minutes on the clock. This happens for the both of us. Very disappointed of their attitude to finish the session as soon as possible. still have 2 more sessions but no change until now. Very bad attitude, as fast as possible so they can say I did it. 2 more sessions and my hair is the same. Not recommended. I could ask back for a half of my money.

Loved it- 10/10. It was literally the exact photo and layered haircut I asked for with a beautiful blowdry and and wash too- loved it! (Sara did an amazing job)

I've chosen this place just because it has many great reviews. Well, my experience wasn't great at all. I was left with quite many hair still on, and also the lady didn't clean me up of all the remaining wax, which sticks to my clothes. Really bad.
