Massage therapist seriously lacked technique. Wasn’t particularly relaxing, nor did she take any interest in asking me about any points of tension prior to the treatment. Did not feel satisfied after the massage, if anything I felt worse.

The staff were friendly and nice but it wasn't relaxing or very professional. It felt over priced versus the experience. The therapist didn't ask me anything about my skin or what I was looking for before we started which isn't great. There was a phone in the room which kept going off throughout the treatment which was a bit of a mood killer. I was left alone for what felt longer than necessary so didn't feel like value for money on the treatment. Wouldn't go back
