I had a gel manicure and pedicure. I was taken down to the waxing room there the manicure where done despite two of the manicure stations being free upstairs. It was not comfortable as I had to sit in an awkward position and twist myself so the therapist could access my fingers-nails. When the therapist wanted to do my pedicure there as well I protested and after asking was taken upstairs to the pedicure station. They did not offer to turn on the massage on the chair despite that being an option. The pedicure was fine although not enough attention was paid to the hard skin on my feet. Overall it was a little of disappointing experience especially considering all the glowing review the place has. The quality of manicure and pedicure is ok, however if you treat manicure and pedicure like a place to unwind and relax I would not recommend coming here. The place was pretty nice and clean but what’s the point if you are taken downstairs to the waxing room to get your nails done? I was offered some chocolate when I was there which was nice.

The therapist applied two coats of nail polish but it wasn’t very neat and it wasn’t done evenly. She also didn’t apply a top coat. The pedicure was average not the best or worst I’ve had. There is still dry skin on my heel which she didn’t remove properly. Overall, it was very average and nothing exceptional about this place. Most places have a manicure/pedicure offer for £30 so I wouldn’t return here in a hurry.
