Booked via Treatwell but receptionist told me I shouldn’t have done this so close to the appointment time as their systems don’t update regularly enough so I was sent away to come back later. I accepted this but when I returned there was still no availability for me and instead they proposed to do my pedicure in a corner on an armchair with a washing up bowl. I had paid for a gel manicure but only received an ordinary polish. Customers without face masks and staff wearing them on their chin.
