The place is clean and tidy, COVID19 measures are in place and followed thoroughly. The staff are friendly and cheerful. Marcella was amazing, very professional and neat, flexible and friendly. I went out feeling refreshed and beautiful, I totally recommend manicure and special padicure servics, you won't regret it.

I came here for my hollywood wax, the lady doing my wax barely spoke to me and did not even tell me her name. At the end of the wax she left and didn’t even put the aloe gel on instead just pointed to where I could get some from the trolley. The wax was ok most the hairs are gone however the lady has either burnt or ripped some of my skin off one of the sides. This has been painful for the past couple of days and the skin is still red.
