Be careful that what you are signing up to via Treatwell matches your expectations. I.e. the ladies cut doesn't include the wash or blowdry so I had to pay extra for that so I ddn't actually have the toner that was a payment difference. In the end I had a wash, cut and blowdry but the service lasted 30mins not as advertised. This is due to the limited english spoken language of the hair stylist and the lack of questions asked about what I wanted so I opted for just a trim.

I booked everything with them my last 3 years. Haircuts, facials, naills.. And the saloon have lost the warmest that it was and the staff it’s been changing latest! Costumer service is not the same. I booked from treatwell because I had a voucher. They called me at 9:15 at night before telling me that at the time that I’ve booked the girl she’s not able to be there on time. A bit disappointed, I could never picked the phone and be there on time and leave with no treatment. They are lovely but…
