Great experience at Monteiro. Super friendly staff and really great selection of colours for the mani/pedi. Manicurist was very friendly and made sure I liked the colour before doing them all (so glad she checked as I changed my mind!). Recommend

Pretty bad overall, pressure was too hard, technique was not relaxing and massage ended 30 mins earlier as the masseuse wasn’t aware of the duration for that service.
They offered for me to come back another day for a 20 min massage, which is a bit bizarre, so I asked to be refunded the difference (which they did do).
