Have been here multiple times for pedicures/manicures and never had issues, the services are always great. this time round there was an issue with the staff not knowing payment had been taken prior to the appointment. This led to my mum being chased outside to come back for payment when she had already stated it was booked by her daughter and paid for. This caused undue stress for my mum which unfortunately left a sour taste. I did contact the manager and hope in future more efficiency is given
